Homeowners contacting Purplear Garage Doors should receive fair and honest treatment. Please tell us if your experience fell short. This page explains how to submit a complaint and how we handle it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You may raise concerns about:
Providers in our network run separate businesses. Their quotes, pricing, workmanship and customer service are their responsibility. For a problem with garage door work, contacting the provider directly is usually the starting point. Keep written records of those discussions.
Tell us about the concern too. Provider feedback supports honesty within the network. Repeated problems may result in a provider's removal. Purplear Garage Doors cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on the provider's behalf.
Email your complaint to contact@purplear.skin with:
We will acknowledge your email, usually within a few business days. We will then examine the complaint and may contact the provider. Our reply will explain what we found and any action we are taking.
If our response does not address your concern, reply to request another review. Other options include your state's consumer protection agency, attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. For a licensed provider, your state licensing board may also offer help.
Send complaints and related correspondence to contact@purplear.skin.
