Where Your Request Goes

Purplear Garage Doors is a referral and marketing business connecting homeowners with independent garage door repair and installation providers. Door repairs, spring replacement, opener installation, parts sales and all other garage door work are outside our services.

A phone inquiry or form submission through this website may be routed to an independent provider or a marketing partner working with providers near you.

Payment for Referrals

Providers or marketing partners may compensate Purplear Garage Doors for phone calls, form submissions and other referrals. Payment can depend on factors such as call length or whether the call is answered. Hiring a provider is not required for us to receive payment.

These payments do not change the price quoted by a provider. For work you authorize, you pay the provider directly according to its prices.

Each Provider's Own Business

Providers are separate businesses. They are not Purplear Garage Doors employees, agents or partners. Each is solely responsible for:

• Quotes, charges and terms
• Work quality and completion timing
• Licensing, insurance and warranties it supplies
• Communication and conduct at your property

Referring a provider does not mean we endorse it or promise anything about its work. Our payment arrangements mean the provider you reach may depend on which businesses are participating in the network at that time.

Deciding Whether to Hire

You have no obligation to hire a provider through our service. Before choosing, ask questions, verify credentials, obtain a written quote and consider other options.

Tracking Phone Requests

Calls placed through this website may be tracked. Some may also be recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
